What are the event timings?
Gates open from 12pm, and the festival will be open until approximately 7pm. The bars will close at 6.30pm.
Where do I go when I get there?
The festival takes place in the main pavilion and the house lawns. There is a free car park at the venue, please have your ticket ready to be scanned at the main entrance to the festival. You will be given a wristband to show you have paid. You will be given a visitor guide with a map and there will be signage at the venue.
Do I need cash on the day?
You will need cash to purchase food, drink and products at the event. Some stands will have card facilities, some will not. The venue bar can process card payments. The nearest cash point is located at the local Sainsburys close to Junction 25 of the M5which is a 5-minute+ drive from the venue.
Are there any restrictions on who can attend?
This event is for families. Alcohol will only be served and sold to strictly over-18s only, and you may be asked for proof of age.
Will there food available?
There will be a selection of food vans available to purchase as well as a pop-up tearoom. There will be a hog roast, pizzas and jacket potatoes as well as sweet treats including crepes, candy floss, cakes and cookies.
Is there seating?
There will be some seating outdoors, seating for the talks and a seating area for the pop-up tearoom, however seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please feel free to bring blankets and set up on the lawn and chill out at the festival.
Are there baby changing and disabled toilets?
There are baby changing and accessible toilets on site at the venue.
If you have a disability and require a seat, please inform the Events Team on 07854321536 and ask for Charley who will be happy to arrange this for you. Please note we must be notified in advance to accommodate seating requests.

Advance tickets are just £10 to include your entry to the festival. The day will run from 12pm – 7pm. Tickets will be priced at £12 on the day although they will be subject to availability. We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.
Talks & Demonstrations
We have a super line up of special guests at the event who will be sharing tips, tricks and their stories.

Due to the overwhelming success of last years event, discounted ‘early bird’ tickets are now available to purchase online. Tickets may be available on the day, however this will be subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability.

Children are free but must be accompanied by atleast one adult.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at ALL times.
The festival will be held at Woodlands Castle again this year. Tis beautiful venue includes onsite parking and the Park & Ride is opposite.
